Team Accountability Project (TAP) Launches!

Group Organizer
Washington, DC
After much deliberation, I've finally launched Team Accountability Project (TAP) at in its infancy, or alpha state.

Team Accountability Project (TAP) is a program I developed to incorporate accountability as part of GTD. Friction is important in any productivity system, as much as people would like to make you think it's not. Motivation, especially positive reinforcement and reward (in psychological terminology), is of utmost importance to sustained progress in your daily and beyond phases of our life. Whether you're trying to get back on the GTD wagon, find a new job or career path, or just trying to rev up your GTD engine to get more out of life, TAP is a way for you to do that.

Visit WWW.TEAMACCOUNTABILITYPROJECT.ORG (Yes, the WWW matters here) and read the materials and then complete the Membership Application.

Well, while accountability is debatable amongst scientists, TAP is not. For TAP inclusion, I have to pair you with the available pool of participants. You must be able to commit the minimum requirements of the program. And, while having a mental health challenge does not prohibit you from having your own accountability partner, if you do have one I'm tasked with determining whether or not I can pair you with someone capable of supporting your individual needs. So, feel free to signup for TAP and as the participant pool grows larger so are everyone's chances of finding accountability partners.

Currently, in its alpha phase, it's free. Period. At some point, I'll be charging for participation in the system, but the material I've put together on the basic science and methodology will be freely published under Creative Commons licensing. At this point, it's my copyrighted material and is currently published as such. Once I get the eBook finished then I'll publish the materials under Creative Commons.

So, with that, I encourage everyone to head over to Team Accountability Project and check it out. Please send your suggestions, feedback, recommendations and more. While I appreciate everyone's desire to spread the word about TAP, right now is not really the time; I'm limited in time and only want to work with a handful of TAP teams which is why I'm only letting the GTD Meetups know for now. Thanks for keeping it the best-kept secret for GTDers! ;-)

With that, I look forward to hearing from all of you and thanks for your support while I've travailed in getting TAP launched.
