Getting Things Done NYC (GTDNYC) Productivity Meetup (Guest Speaker!)

I. Agenda, Introductions & Challenges Forum (7:30 PM)

A. Introductions - Each member will introduce himself/herself briefly, tell us what you do professionally, your GTD experience, and a recent success with your productivity implementation and/or life.

B. Challenges Forum - We'll give a few minutes to have the group help each member with solutions to challenges we may be facing currently with life or work circumstances with our productivity system. These are specific productivity challenges and only one challenge per member for time's sake.

II. Presentation: How to Become a GTD Superstar with Evernote (8:15 PM)

Lilli Weisz, productivity consultant, will break down her unique GTD system that utilizes Evernote. She will show us how to kick our GTD systems into high gear with relatively little set-up or cost. She'll cover how to capture your open loops instantly wherever you are, process your emails efficiently and achieve Inbox Zero daily, organize next actions by priority, context and/or project with ridiculous ease. Some knowledge of Evernote is useful, but not necessary.

III. GTD Resource Sharing (8:50PM) This is where everyone can offer a book title, tip/trick, tool or item that has helped them in their life either with GTD or otherwise. (We will compile these and post them to a Resources Page over time.)

IV. Announcements / Closing Remarks (8:55 PM)

Upcoming meetups, events, and programs announcements. All announcements must be sent to the Meetup Organizer within the RSVP form to announce to the group, at his sole discretion. Thank you!

Great meeting yesterday, got a lot from the "challenges" (appreciate the input on mine, learnt a lot from other challenges). Looking forward to the next month meetup ! And Lilli's presentation was really informative.

I may have work on Thursday so my spot may be opening up. (Sad for me but good for someone!) I will know more on Wednesday night/Thursday morning. Feel free to write me and ask if you don't hear from me.

I'm the guest speaker but I RSVP'd yes on Meetup. Should I remove my RSVP so someone else can join?
