I. Agenda, Introductions & Challenges Forum (7:30 PM)
A. Introductions - Each member will introduce yourself briefly, tell us what you do professionally, your GTD experience, and a recent success with your productivity implementation and/or life.
B. Challenges Forum - We'll give a few minutes to have the group help each member with solutions to challenges we may be facing currently with life or work circumstances with our productivity system. These are specific productivity challenges and only one challenge per member for time's sake.
II. Main Discussion: GTD|REFRESH - Horizons of Focus
For this July's meetup, we are going back to basics with Getting Things Done®! We've had presentations and book discussions a-plenty this year and it's time for us to resume our regularly scheduled discussions around GTD® proper. We'll be discussing what has become commonly known as "Horizons of Focus," or in the book, the Six-Level Model for Reviewing Your Own Work. We will cover this hefty topic in each of the six modes of review and see its applicability in our productivity systems.

III. GTD Resource Sharing (8:50PM) This is where everyone can offer a book title, tip/trick, tool or item that has helped them in their life either with GTD or otherwise. (We will compile these and post them to a Resources Page over time.)
I ENCOURAGE EVERYONE TO BRING SOME KIND OF GTD OR PRODUCTIVITY RESOURCE THEY KNOW ABOUT OR USE TO OFFER TO THE GROUP!
IV. Announcements / Closing Remarks (8:55 PM)
