I. Agenda, Introductions & Challenges Forum (7:30 PM)
A. Each member will introduce himself/herself briefly, tell us what you do professionally, your GTD experience, and a recent success/challenge with your productivity implementation and/or life.
B. We'll give a few minutes to discuss solutions to the challenges we all submit via RSVPs or share during our introductions. (Indicate in your introduction whether you want us to address your challenge during the Challenges Forum. e.g., "I'd like the group to help me during the Challenges Forum with....")
II. GTD Concept for Discussion AND/OR Core Skills, Strategies & Tools Presentation (8:15 PM)
We will have a topic of discussion, which may or may not be announced prior to the meetup. We also try to have at least a member or an outside speaker give a presentation on their productivity system or area of expertise that's related to productivity/organization. These presentations are recorded and posted to our Meetup site for viewing later also by members.
III. GTD Resource Sharing (8:50PM) This is where everyone can offer a book title, tip/trick, tool or item that has helped them in their life either with GTD or otherwise. (We will compile these and post them to a Resources Page over time.)
I ENCOURAGE EVERYONE TO BRING SOME KIND OF GTD OR PRODUCTIVITY RESOURCE THEY KNOW ABOUT OR USE TO OFFER TO THE GROUP!
IV. Announcements / Closing Remarks (8:55 PM)
Upcoming meetups, events, and programs announcements. All announcements must be sent to the Meetup Organizer within the RSVP form to announce to the group, at its sole discretion. Thank you!
