Dearly Beloved GTS Members!

I finished my first Triathlon yesterday in 2 hours 7 minutes and 33 seconds!  Yeah!  It was sooo much fun!  If any of you decide to do a first triathlon the Sarasota Superbowl Tri Y is the one to do!  Everyone is very, very friendly, helpful, supportive, very relaxed (do it your way) and cheering!  Reba and I decided before the triathlon that if we finished, irrespective of our time, we were winners and we certainly felt like that.  “I won!”  And “The Winner is …!”  Fill in your name here.  It was a quarter mile swim, 10 mile bike, and 2.2 mile run (or in my case walk).

I just had so darn much fun!  The pool was heated 81F, the bike was through pasture lands with the sun coming up (yes there is pasture land in Sarasota), and I never stopped smiling during the walk.  As I was coming back on the walk I would holler at each point there were staff guides “Heads up!  Racer coming through!  Don’t let the wind blow you back!”  We all laughed and laughed as I quickly walked through the station.

So if you haven’t been to GTS lately get here and make your dreams come true!  It is “Magikal” as Gina would say.  This Saturday I will be talking about: EMOTIONS, YOUR INNER COMPASS, VIBRATION, AND THE LAW OF ATTRACTION

Much love,

Miles
