Discovering Buddhism: How to Develop Bodhichitta

Compassion is the very heart and essence of the Buddha's teachings. And, Bodhichitta is the ultimate expression of compassion. With the development of Bodhichitta, one fully commits to a life of love and compassion, striving for enlightenment for the benefit of all sentient beings. In this class, we'll explore the benefits and nature of bodhichitta, and we'll then also explore a variety of methods for cultivating love, compassion, altruism and bodhichitta itself.

Is it okay if I might leave early due to another engagement I have. Is there a cost for this as well.

We hope you can stay for the whole teaching, but we understand if you have to leave early. The video of the teaching will be available on our youtube page the next day, so you can catch up. https://www.youtube.co...
