"Mindfulness: Meditations to Benefit Daily Life"

During the last months of 2013 we did some introduction to mindfulness and different breathing meditations. Now, starting in 2014, we will move on to how to use the benefits of meditation in everyday living and establishing your practice. In these classes we will also continue to do all the basic breathing meditations (guided and not-guided) that strengthen our mindfulness.

January 16th - Analytical meditation
and January 23rd - Analytical meditation
Times: 7:00 -8:00 PM
