"Mindfulness: Meditations to Benefit Daily Life"

We continue our mindfulness practice with emphasis on breathing meditations, and how to use mindfulness in everyday life. Additionally, we will also discuss establishing a daily practice, setting up a meditation space, and how to create a conducive environment for meditation. This class is suitable for beginners as well as practitioners looking to improve their meditation.
