The Nature of Spiritual Practice: Parting From the Four Attachments

What is spiritual practice? Lama Zopa Rinpoche says, "Taming the mind or subduing the mind is not only in Buddhism, it should be the essence of all the religions. If this practice is not there, then no matter how much we chant prayers or rituals, if we do not subdue the mind, that brings problems to our life. If we do not subdue the mind it gives problems to ourselves and others—to the world, to other sentient beings." This series of four classes explores how to tell if what you're doing is actually serving as a spiritual practice--as a method for taming your own mind and heart. We will also explore a range of specific methods of meditation and contemplation for deeply entering into such inner transformation!

You just walk up from the parking level and then follow the signs, all the units are marked and it also says "The Guhyasamaja Center" by the door.
