For a first hike (10 miles), I really enjoyed myself, however, my body felt otherwise. When I got home every muscle locked. I followed the good advice of fellow hikers (massage, warm bath, hydrate) and was up and about in no time. I learned a lot on my first adventure. Thank you!

a really nice hike to view an area that's not as appreciated as it should be.
