After seeing the 7-minute workout in the New York Times, I found a great app (among several) I've been using to complete the workout (somewhat successfully) over the past 4 months.

I work with an innovation consultancy working on a range of healthcare projects with healthcare foundations focused on bringing innovative solutions to front-line caregivers and their patients.
