I run a quarterly goals meetup with my friends, and together we practice setting, tracking, and achieving personal and professional goals. I want to learn more about habit design in order to better facilitate their progress.

Created an exercise activity tracker that tracked a variety of exercise activities in 20-minute blocks. Got a good look at how often I practiced swimming (my primary sport) and aimed to maintain a 3-4x/week practice frequency. Was successful for a while. Now at a 2x/week frequency.
None come to mind.
Depending on the meetup size, I may be able to host a meetup at my workplace on a Friday evening.
