We are highly selective with admitting new members (~20% admit rate), so fully completed profile questions will get priority. What is your full name and LinkedIn profile URL?

I am someone who is not particularly structured in my habits and feel I could benefit by introducing some structure/habits into my routine. After attending Charles Duhigg's talk, I'm interested in identifying what my "keystone" habit might be and how I might start to change it for the better. I have Crohn's Disease and experience migraines and am convinced that if I can identify them (and act on them) there are habits that will minimize my symptoms and improve my quality of life.

What is the nature of your interest in designing experiences for personal habit development?

Can you share a 5-minute personal story about a successful habit practice that's lasted longer than 100 days? If so, please give us just a quick synopsis!

It didn't end up working the way I hoped it would, but I was able to follow a very strict diet (the Specific Carbohydrate Diet) for 2 1/2 years in an effort to manage my Crohn's. While it at first seemed daunting, I found I was able to adapt to a very restrictive diet without much problem. Unfortunately, it did not provide the results I was hoping it would.

Which (if any) relevant guest speaker(s) could you contact to speak at a future meetup with whom you already have a personal relationship?

At this point I don't have any suggestions.

Which specific host locations (if any) could you contact to host/sponsor a future meetup?

Given the number of attendees at the previous Meetup, I'm not sure I could be much help. My work just moved into a new building and I haven't had a chance to explore the shared conference rooms in the building. They may be an option for smaller gatherings.

I'm interested in how habits can be developed and changed.
