I'm starting a business aiming to enable and encourage remote workouts on demand, exactly the nature of this forum.

I started tracking my daily calorie intake on an iphone when I saw several workmates lose 40+ pounds doing the same. It worked for me too, I lost 15 pounds and learned a lot about how to control my weight after years of struggling with it. I was already an avid self-quantifier via personal spreadsheets, but smartphones made it fun and interactive in a whole new way. There's a lot farther for it to go.
