I'm working on a career exploration site that helps people align what they do with who they are and what they care about. This entails a lot of unlearning and forming new habits and mindsets around happiness and potential. My background is in design research and strategy and I am fascinated by people.

3 years ago I became a runner. It has now become the best part of my day and I always run when I know I will enjoy it the most or when I have a difficult problem to solve. At first the challenge was just about going on a run. Now it has evolved into a much more nuanced experience that includes emptying my mind, tracking my progress on RunKeeper, listening to my body, noticing the world around me, etc. There are several complimentary habits that have evolved to support my running habit. These include how I prepare to leave my apartment, the music I synch up with RunKeeper, ending my run at the top of Dolores Park to appreciate the view and the fact that after a decade of living in SF, I am still very much in love with this city.
As an entrepreneur in the Runway Program at Innovation Endeavors, I spent several months researching happiness and mindfulness. This provided me with the opportunity to meet many incredible individuals working in similar spaces.
