As a designer, I'm fascinated with observing and understanding human behavior and use this to guide my work. My career, by nature, puts me in the position of frequently suggesting and influencing change, so change is a constant theme in my life. And, change results in the formation of new "habits" (good and bad). Therefore, I'm seeking opportunities to dissect this area with like-minded people.

It's simple - develop a healthy, daily work routine involving consistent exercise now that I work as an independent consultant and can make my own schedule. Knowing how important exercise is, I do this every morning for at least 30 min to kick my day off on the right track. I already am in the "habit" of frequent exercise, so the craving was there. However, the shift in my schedule provoked me to find a successful routine that would optimize the effectiveness of this.
