I'm a software enginer, and have done a couple of life style changes and am interested in developing and acquiring more effective habits
At this point I'm primarily interested in habit design for weight loss and getting in shape. But I am also interested in habits for improving creativity, relaxation, time management and income.
my 3 most successful habit changes: 1) quitting smoking, which I tried many times, but was finally able to do it after attending a vipassana meditation course 2) going vegetarian 3) losing 50 lbs (though later regaining it) through diet changes
my friend naomi most is a quantified selfer and has done a lot with fitness habits
I may be able to convince noisebridge in the mission to host a future meetup
