What is the nature of your interest in personal or organizational habit development?

I help people and organizations create positive change in the world. A lot of that is behavior based so I'm constantly doing this kind of design whether I want to or not.

Can you share a 5-minute personal story about a successful habit practice that's lasted longer than 100 days? If so, please give us just a quick synopsis!

I'm always intrigued by the conversion of habit into way of life. ie For me, thinking of constraints as opportunities. I didn't train myself consciously, which I think makes an interesting side case.

I've spent a decade uncovering what makes people tick (design research) in order to inspire new solutions (design thinking) to 'wicked problems' (health and wellness, sustainability, education). Now I also help organizations build these skills sets.
