GrindDC Meatup: Thursday Bio-hacking

  • Apr 11, 2013 · 7:00 PM

An informal meeting of people interested in bio-hacking, diy-bio,
implantable technologies or other form of 'meat hacking'.

Updates for this week:

  • Skilled Reflow Soldering
  • Sharad and I are going to try reflowing a custom bluetooth module with funky, inaccessible pads (for the Pittsburgh implant).
  • Mirage335 will (maybe) be attempting to use the reflow process to speed assembly of a set of electrode boards for the BiosignalAmplifier project.
  • Perhaps some repairs to the 3D printer extruder, to facilitate printing BiosignalAmp cases
  • I am hoping Alex turns up so we can play the EEG interactive game she's been developing
  • Much More!

Shoutouts to our long-time GrindDC but new HacDC members (from the annual Meeting and this months members meeting):

  • Ben
  • Logan
