It is like almost four in the morning so I won't be adding to much at this moment in time but I will later. I accidentally crossed this site and thought it was quite interesting.
i ran out of room... but since it is just the two of us (that I know of) we could also consider changing the route so it is mostly like the first half. We could ride out to Great Falls Nat. Pk, loop through horse country, lunch in GF, then a different route back. I'm more interested in the riding experience than going to a specific place.
Razone, I'm not very familiar with the capabilities of other scooters. I've only been riding a few months. Most of the first part of the route is 2-lane roads with 35 mph limit. That means cars want to go 40, but will put up with 35 mph scooters for a few miles. The second part starts with 1.7 two lights on Leesburg Pike, limit 55. Some of the second part is four-lane with a 45 mph limit, but may not be much traveled. Send your email address to [masked] I'll email maps with pictures
Yo razone--put some more pictures of your rukus up, that thing looks mad!
hey bro, sorry you're having a tough time with some of the rides. I know the running bases I put together has a stretch of I-295 and NY ave that's hard to avoid, but maybe I can reroute it, it'll be a few miles extra, but that's not bad. I have commitments this weekend and next, but I'd be down for a ride almost any time. I work a rotating schedule, so I can do weekdays also. If you want to write up a route that avoids higher speed roads, I'm down....
Talking does help, especially when the other person is wired the same way.
