What projects have you done, and what do you have in the pipeline?

PhD work on bug-tolerating memory allocators (you have a buffer overflow? eh, we'll just pretend you allocated enough memory. Dangling pointer? Eh, pretend you haven't freed it yet. And we'll "pretend" with quantifiable probability.). Currently, hybrid data/compute grids, dataflow concurrency, and wondering why I still don't know enough category theory. But that's all for work, so it must be boring. Also, I make beer. Or rather, I used to before I moved to a small apartment in Brooklyn.

Introduction

Polymorphic nerd. Currently a hacking Scala as a day job. Previously a "professional" c++ programmer. So it goes. If this goes poorly, I will soon be the world's foremost expert at creating Haskell to Fortran66 foreign function interfaces.
