    Hi Paul. Welcome to Get-Fit-Astoria. Glad to have an experienced runner in the group. Hope you can join some of our running events. Eric schedules the runs, Amanda schedules the bikes and I schedule the swims.

    There's 1.5 weeks left til the Astoria Park Pool closes for the summer. There's a swim this Thursday @ 7am. I can lend you a DVD that's been useful for me as far as swimming more efficiently. Maybe it'll be useful for you too.
