Hey Folks,

So I'd like to take an informal poll and ask a few questions.

1) Is the first Wednesday of the month a good day (presumably in the
evening) for the hackfest?

2) I know, Tuesday was also suggested (Ruby Tuesday?)... would it be
better to have hackfests on a) the first Tuesday of the month, or b)
rotate between Tuesday and Wednesday (every other month)?

4) Would you be willing to volunteer for a rotating schedule, so we
can make sure we have at least 1-2 confirmed organizers at the
Hacker-Dojo, to make sure we leave things as they were when we leave
(if we're self-organizing and careful about this, we may not need to
have a strict schedule)... just want to gauge people's
availability/willingness to do this.

5) Do you think a quick 5-minute lightning-talk roundtable on current
projects would be interesting... say 30-45 minutes into the hackfest
(after most people have arrived)?
