Surface Mount Soldering Workshop: Make a Charlieheart for your Valentine

In preparation for Valentine's Day, we'll be offering Robert Diamond's CharlieHeart kits for you to make onsite - $20 including materials and use of tools. Small parts are involved, but we have magnifying glasses!

NB: The kit takes about 2 hours to make, so you can arrive and start your build any time between 12 noon and 4 p.m.

This was such a fun and informative workshop! And I've got a little blinking heart to spread the maker love! So good! Thank you David, Meryl and Hack Manhattan!

A big thank you to the folks who came by today. Everyone walked away with their own homemade Charlie Heart. It was fun having you here - we'll see you soon.

Thought I could make it, but I can't. Recovering from a cold. Not sure I can get a refund, so please give my spot to anyone who may want it. Sorry about the last minute notice!

I'm looking forward to my first visit to Hack Manhattan! Been wanting to do it for awhile, and learning SMD techniques has been high on my list.
