Hello all! A few quick updates before we head into the weekend:

DHHS CTO Todd Park's talk will be live streamed

Today's health innovation and open data presentation by Dept. of Health & Human Services CTO Todd Park is sold out, but it will be live streamed thanks to Health 2.0 NYC.

We expect Todd will begin his talk between 3 p.m. and 3:15 p.m. Hashtags for the event are #hhnyc and #h2nyc for Hacks/Hackers and Health 2.0, respectively.

Get published on Poynter

We've just launched a Hacks/Hackers series on Poynter. Each week Poynter.org will feature a How To on new tools and emerging trends in technology.

So far, we've got three pieces published or in the works:

Know about a cool new trend? Have a tool you can’t live without? Have a sweet trick you want share? Just want to tell us how you got into tech journo tech? We’d love for you to write a piece. Not only will you give back, but you’ll also get a little extra cash.

Interested in being next in the line-up? Contact Beth Davidz at [address removed].

That's all folks! Enjoy the weekend!
