Join NetSquared Boston and MIT Center for Civic Media researcher Rahul Bhargava for a workshop on making more creative data presentations!

The focus will be on how data-driven stories can help nonprofits and other organizations with fundraising and community engagement. We'll play with LEGOs, crayons, and other things to redefine what it means to tell data-driven stories.

Along the way, we'll talk about a process for picking appropriate data presentation techniques and discuss real-world examples of various creative techniques.

Come share your experiences and learn from others.

Snacks (fruit, crackers and/or cheese) will be provided courtesy of the MIT Center for Civic Media.

      A space opened up here, and I just RSVPed "Yes," but the Eventbrite page shows it as still sold out. I'm wondering if one needs to cancel on Eventbrite as well. Could you send out a reminder to folks to cancel on Eventbrite if they won't be able to make the event?

    The description says to RSVP at Eventbrite, and Eventbrite shows this meetup as waitlisted. I RSVP'd here on hackhackers.com, though. Which one counts?
