Introduction

Director of New Media at WBUR, where we're deeply involved in the transition of an old media company into a new media space.

Are you a hack (writer, content creator, etc.) or a hacker (engineer, coder, designer, etc.)?

Former journalist now more involved in the technical side of news production.

Are you looking for partners to collaborate on projects, and if so, what?

We're always on the lookout for way to get more involved with partners.

  • Hi Robin. I'm hoping to meet you tomorrow. If I can't make it, it's due to babysitting duties (have 2 little ones at home). I think this is an amazingly important issue and wish more people would realize this. There are many support groups, and I see a lot of the Lyme community, so I know it's a well-known condition. I work as a hyperbaric oxygen chamber technologist (technician) and know there is a lot of hope for a lot of people. If you visit some of the support groups, you see the effects.

  • There are also some good fall music festivals that might be fun.

  • Hi Robin, Glad to hear. Chihuly would be good. I'm also interested in the new Porgy and Bess and Candide that's playing in town. Heck, I'll do anything. It'll just be good to get together.
I just saw on Facebook, that WBUR has over 12,000 friends. I bet we can grow our group.

  • Hi Robin, How about a WBUR meet-up at the MFA to see the Chihuly exhibition. I've seen it and would happily go again. There's also a new restaurant where we could gather afterwards. The "teaching" discussion was extremely thought provoking.
