A Live cablecast in-studio at CCTV might not be available until June. They are that booked up. CCTV did recommend some interisting options for airing a recorded program of a Meetup. Depending upon the number of people, you could try Fire&Ice on church St. in Cambridge. I went ot a meeting there once in a roon downstairs. I'm sure there may be a cost associated with using the space.

I contacted CCTV about a studio venue for both meeting and program as Live cablecast for the CCTV viewing audience. This is all very possible.We may need permission of the primary speaker. The 14th of March is too soon for this arrangement. I'll know better this afternoon about a date the first available time. Most of all I'll need to know how many to expect, to set up the studio accordingly. Also how long the program might be 1or 2 hours?

I'll look into the CCTV studio idea. We'll see how their schedule fits with the Meetup. Again we'll see if this could be considered program content for a community access station.
