Introduction
I'm editor/publisher of the online metro news publication, Open Media Boston. I'm a photojournalist, a Boston native, and specialize in covering the labor and non-profit sectors. I'm also an adjunct professor of communication at Lesley University.
Are you a hack (writer, content creator, etc.) or a hacker (engineer, coder, designer, etc.)?
I cross the hack/hacker divide a bit. I'm a journalist, true, but have also been a project manager for a Drupal development house, and a tech writer/editor.
Are you looking for partners to collaborate on projects, and if so, what?
My publication is always interested to talk to other publications about possible collaborations - and to community and educational organizations as well. We have some ideas, but we also like to be pitched.
