Introduction

My name is Colin Jones and I am a NYU graduate in the Studio 20 program. We are working on transferring journalism to the web and providing innovation in the industry. I am looking to connect with others who have innovative ideas and build upon them.

Are you a hack (content creator, writer, photographer, videographer, etc.), a hacker (engineer, developer, designer, etc.) or both?

I am a hack. My career has been in writing specifically but I have also been involved in multimedia production. Currently I am honing my skills as a videographer and an editor. But I would love to delve into the design and development part.

Are you looking for partners to collaborate on projects, and if so, what?

Yes, but I am more looking to share ideas and learn from others. Since I am in school I will not have time for separate projects but would love to learn from others in the community.
