This is the second of a three-ride series that is part of my Double Century training program. I am posting these rides so that I am not necessarily riding solo and to help others that are going for Doubles in 2014.

This ride is comprised of a 47 mile loop that is completed 3 times to achieve the full 140 miles. Each loop returns to the start/finish to provide a "rest stop" where riders can get supplies, food, use restroom, etc. For complete info, see the link above.
Riders may optionally do fewer than three loops if they want a shorter option.
Important: While many riders will likely cluster together, this ride is self-paced and self-sufficiency is important. I am not "leading" this ride. I will be going at my own pace per my personal training plan. This ride is probably not appropriate for beginners.
Please print your own route sheet if you think you need one! Especially since this is a no sweep/self-paced ride, it is vital you carry a route sheet if you don't know these areas. I will NOT be printing and passing out sheets for each rider.
Standard Disclaimer: helmets required, bring food & water, cash, and repair stuff to be self-sufficient. You should be comfortable riding roads with auto traffic and some with little to no shoulder.
