Introduction

Just started road biking, and have done one hundred mile route. Consistently ride 30-70 miles on weekends. Love hills. Need help with technical skills. I have a Cannondale CAAD 10. Love it!

Want to work up to a century by September -- Did 100 miles this weekend on a group ride -- Thanks, Joel. Doing Tour of Tahoe this September!

What level biker are you?

Hmm, intermediate? Beginning intermediate? Can do climbs and descents OK, need some technical skills. Learning to ride in pace lines and techniques for getting the most from my bike. Suggestions always welcome.

Glad you enjoyed it yesterday! I posted a ride for Sunday. You should come along. Maybe join me on the way up and we can talk about drafting before the ride starts. Try to spend some time this week working on your position and pedal stroke. And make sure to keep your elbows bent and upper body relaxed!
