Rides that don't include traffic. Bike trail, canal, country roads, etc..
I would like to become a strong rider that can do 40-60 mile rides. I would also like to increase my average pace.
Beginner. I do have some cardio endurance so I can go on 30-40 mile rides but definately learning lots.
My husband and I recently bought road bikes and try to ride two or three times per week. I joined this group because a few members in the group were very supportive when I did my first duathlon last summer.
To find a friendly, helpful group that loves to ride.
