I like hilly rides
No goals right now. I've gotten a lot faster in the last year, so improvement in fitness is always good!
I dunno how to answer this. I'm not a beginner, but I'm not a racer either. On the other hand, I can go out and ride a century if I like, and I enjoy hills.
I'm looking for more folks to ride with.
Hey Joel! I'm so relieved that's all that happened. I was so worried when the guys told me about your crash. That could've been really ugly. Today's ride was phenomenal! What a great route. And I really enjoyed riding with everyone. Was great to meet you, Joel. Tell Bess hi for me! :)
Thanks, Joel! I'm looking forward to some great rides! It was getting lonely out there by myself! Be seein' you soon!
Hi Joel-My friend Mindy and I want to come meet you tomorrow 10-24 at folsom bike.
You can call me at [masked] if the ride changes.
Thanks for the awesome ride yesterday. I was describing it to a friend and avid biker and she was thrilled for me...kept asking "aren't you sore after going 100 miles?" But I'm not, I feel great!
Hi! Can't wait to meet up!
The tube has been in there for 5000 miles, so I don't think that was it. I'll show it around. I'm actually thinking about sending it to Continental and see what they say.
I was assuming that the sidewall blew, then the tube was destroyed. Could the tube blow out and take out the sidewall? I have never had a tire fail like that. In fact, I usually wear these tires (Continental Grand Prix 4000) out. These still had plenty of life left, there was a lot of room on the wear divots. I'm guess I must have hit something, but the sidewall looks like it simply exploded--and I know the tires were not over inflated. It sounded like a gunshot when it went.
