I have survived ovarian, breast and thyroid cancer, and am convinced that my positive attitude and pro-active practices are the reasons I am still alive. I have a genuine love of life, yet have a realistic knowledge that death is part of life -- that it is in the grace in which we handle these life circumstances and the strength we pull from within [each of us have this strength although we may not know it] that can be the path to each of our own happiness. Due to the chemotherapy I was given in fighting these cancers, I developed "chemo brain", and 5 years later diagnosed with Bi-Polar disorder. This has truly added a twist :). Given that I have a base from which to move forward, I would like to enhance my calm and happiness for wellness, gain knowledge of how one taps into our individual strengths, and how to live within my happiness without guilt.
I am a 'practitioner' of sorts, in that I have been on this path of happiness for the past 15 years. And am a true enthusiast for what will calm my spirit, enhance my life, and give more growth from within and in actions to others. Innately, I know that from acting and having the tools within to pull this forward into application it will feed me and those around me. The ripples are strong...both to our core and to the outside world around each of us. We can affect great change in ourselves and in others just by living within the state of happiness... It is my desire to leave this legacy to my children, and to be able to end my life without regret and a heart full with joy.
Hello Everyone, I am on a quest to fill my life with happiness, and a calm spirit. I find myself, single and an empty-nester at 57 years old. My life is in a shifting and I'd like to go forward having inside calm, and those around me of like mind.
