They will talk about what drive digital innovation inside the "machine". Innovation in social, new tech from what brands are looking for and how to come up with creative ideas for what brands want.  As well as what is New media these days and what are game changing companies they are seeing.  They will offer up different perspectives - creative, social, tech to pitching agencies, brands.  Getting deals done.

I have been focused on exploiting change since my first day in advertising. Working in global, regional and local roles across a broad range of brands (IKEA, UPS, L’Oreal, Nokia, Microsoft, Oracle, Land Rover, Bass Beer, Johnson & Johnson), I have successfully managed multi-disciplinary teams in Europe, Asia and North America. In every instance, I created a culture of
creative problem solving.

In 2006, I was hired to establish McCann London's digital capabilities and drive digital innovation inside the "machine". From nothing, I assembled a team of web designers, developers, UX specialists, PM's, SEO and social media strategists to implement new processes, develop relevant strategies and to help create a range of award winning, integrated, web-centric campaigns. In 2010 I moved to McCann New York to replicate this. Over last year I have been a core part of the team that pitched and won the re-invention of the Ikea Catalogue and the prototype project for Ikea.com.

My knowledge of the industry is broad, my experience and insight into digital and social technologies fuels my vision for how the industry and agencies must evolve.

My goals remain simple; innovate, create great work, keep my team motivated and happy, break rules, explore new ideas, take risks and above all build things.
