Here is the Facebook link to the event. You can take me out of the group and the meetup is happening after the press conference and you have no idea who is gonna be at this meetup.
Jennifer I am new to this group but if you look at the speakers list for the city hall event you will see I have some of the most famous and cutting edge people in computer technology speaking. If you want take me out of the group. You should really check the speakers list.
I'm sorry I chimed in too late to register for Coding for Beginners. Is there a waiting list? Will you be offering this event again?
Hi Jennifer. Sorry for the somewhat half-baked intro. I'm a designer at foursquare, where I mostly do UI design for the web. Excited to come see Kushal talk about our API and see what everybody else has to show for demo day!
Yes, I'm looking forward to my first hackathon!
Hiya -- yah, I did :-) I know Burt from SF, just moved to Boston (started as a postdoc at Microsoft Research [working with danah boyd] and a Fellow at Harvard's Berkman Center), and was considering taking a trip down to NYC the weekend of 11/6-7. I study journalism & networked tech so Hacks/Hackers is def of interest. Would love to meet up at some point! ([masked])
Hey jennifer, something has come up and I cannot make todays even after all. I really appreciate the invite and hope to see you somewhere else soon! Kelley Boyd (msksboyd)
