What do you think is the future of the internet?

It will probably become even more ubiquitous and intermeshed in people's lives. I think in a few years we won't think of it as a "thing you get on to the computer to use", but simply something that is a part of a large number of embedded devices and gives all kinds of integrated feedback on the physical and social world around us. I also think it will continue to undermine/obviate central services and power structures. I think bitcoin presages the rise of more meaningfully distributed/peer to peer services that could represent the next big "internet wave" (beyond social media) that changes society.
