Scroll down for Hike Description. If you HAVE QUESTIONS about the hike, or you would like to meet at the trailhead instead of carpooling, please CONTACT THE LEADER DIRECTLY at the phone number or email below. This is important because the leader might not see a message you post here. Remember to ARRIVE EARLY at the carpool location. The time given is our DEPARTURE time. There are always more people on our hikes than are listed in the meetup RSVP. Please view the photo gallery to see what our hikes are like. We ask for a mere $10 per year in membership dues. There is no "per hike" fee. You are welcome to join us for free on your first hike. To pay the $10 Annual Dues, please visit our Website: http://haywardhikers.weebly.com . Click on "Join or Renew". Credit/Debit/Paypal is accepted, or check by mail. Thanks!

Point Pinole Regional Shoreline. We will view San Pablo Bay on an easy 6
- 7 mile hike in several loops, mostly wooded, out to the fishing pier.
Remnants of the historical old powder works are on the route.

    Directions: To Reach The Park

From I-80 in Richmond, exit at the Richmond Parkway. From the Richmond Parkway, turn right onto Giant Highway and proceed to the park entrance. Priscilla and I will be in the parking lot (trail head) at about 9.
    Hope this helps.
