Scroll down for Hike Description. If you HAVE QUESTIONS about the hike, or you would like to meet at the trailhead instead of carpooling, please CONTACT THE LEADER DIRECTLY at the phone number or email below. This is important because the leader might not see a message you post here. Remember to ARRIVE EARLY at the carpool location. The time given is our DEPARTURE time. There are always more people on our hikes than are listed in the meetup RSVP. Please view the photo gallery to see what our hikes are like. We ask for a mere $10 per year in membership dues. There is no "per hike" fee. You are welcome to join us for free on your first hike. To pay the $10 Annual Dues, please visit our Website: http://haywardhikers.weebly.com . Click on "Join or Renew". Credit/Debit/Paypal is accepted, or check by mail. Thanks!

The hike will be at San Bruno Mountain. There is a $6.00 exact only? parking fee. We will first park at the top and hike the 4.8 mile round trip Ridge trail. Then we will drive down to the entrance area for lunch. After lunch we will hike the 2.7 mile Saddle Loop Trail.
Be sure to bring poles and dress in layers as it can get cold up there. I would rate the Ridge trail as moderate to somewhat strenuous and the Saddle Loop trail as fairly easy. Be prepared for great views if there's no fog.
