hello head hunters!

i am thinking of setting up a comprehensive beginner to intermediate level seminar in the near future...interested?

since we only meet up every Sunday, this would be a good opportunity to start up or review some of the stuff we've covered and at the same time maybe see a different light into what we call FMA.

i am shooting for a 6hr seminar for now just to see how it goes...cost will be cheap of course! why? cus you guys are cheap! hahaha...j/k. i wanna make sure it's affordable for everyone who truely enjoy the art.

lemme hear what you would like to see besides me in my traditional war loin-cloth.

here are some of my ideas to cover;

empty hand from basic to intermediate drills: covering basic sets of elemental techniques and basic to intermediate sets of entries.

knife stuff: basic ABC's of drills and disarms and two man practice drills.

sticks: general single stick stroking patterns, defenses, two man drills.

grappling (buno): basic animal forms and positionings, set ups and controls and lock flows.

i can also type up a syllabus on what's gonna be covered so it will be easier for you guys to take notes.

aren't i nice?

----------------------- OR ---------------------------------------------

i can show basic to intermediate concepts on all categories and show how they all tie up or relate to each other and how you should train them.

or i can show a little bit of my shapely leg and take it right back...teaser!

for example: single stick drills, to double stick drills, to knife drills, stick and knife drills, staff drills, etc...etc...
