Hello head-hunters:

Once again, please, join us in welcoming Guro Abon this coming October as he shares his vast knowledge of Filipino Martial Arts to us. Here is a chance to meet and train with the real deal.
Guro Abon doesn't just talk the talk. He walks the walk and have walked as an undefeated unpadded stick fighting champion up to this present date.

Learn his "magic" footwork and become truly untouchable.

What he will share this time are the "meat and potatoes" of his art -Cinco Teros (single and double stick), Tres Puntos (the ABC's of knife fighting solo and two-man drill), Buno or grappling standing up and on the ground with basic throws from two basic types of energies: pushing and pulling. Plus some lock flow series for submission controls of your opponent.

All levels of practitioners are welcome. All the materials covered are rooted from the fundamentals so no matter if you are a novice or you're an advanced practitioner you will walk out with some great materials to work with.

as Guro Abon would say..."okay, now back to # 1..."


When: Saturday, October 24th from 3:30pm to 7:30pm

Materials covered: Cinco Teros Bunot Armas (Drawing the Sword)
Cinco Teros Doble Baston (Double Stick fighting)
Tres Puntos Abecedario (ABC's of knife fighting solo and two-man drill)

When: Sunday, October 25th from 1:00pm to 4:00pm
Materials covered: Buno (Grappling) basic pushing and pulling and takedowns
Buno (Grappling) basic standing lock flows
Buno (Grappling) basic ground work
