Featuring special guest presenter:  Lorraine Stern, Certified Homeopath, Shaman, and Bowen Therapist.
Learn simple techniques for high self care, relaxation, stress reduction, and vitality.  The Circle is held every other month.  Our focus this time is Introduction to Homeopathy and Tips for the Flu Season.  It will also include guided meditations, simple breathing, aromatherapy, and/or energy techniques.
