The American Academy of Environmental Medicine (AAEM) recommends a moratorium on “Smart” Meters based on double-blinded, placebo controlled research of wireless radio frequency on humans, particularly if a household member already suffers from any of 40 conditions listed, such as headaches, attention deficit disorder, cancer, Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s, liver diseases, and even pregnancy—just to name a few

There have been thousands of smart meter complaints from around the county, and now, residents in Maryland are calling me with horror stories.

I received a call last week from a Gaithersburg man in his 40’s who was diagnosed with MS two years ago. He had been making steady progress in physical therapy until he received a smart meter. He was affected so severely by the non-stop pulsed rf radiation, that he could barely walk or think. After an arduous effort on his part, (10 hours of back and forth communications), Pepco finally put an analog meter back on his house. If he had been living in DC, this would have been impossible.

Maryland currently has a deferral order from the Public Service Commission that allows the ratepayer to opt out, but it is temporary. They will vote again in July and I can tell you they are extremely biased towards the utility and want to charge a fee that most people will not be able to afford; if they decide on an opt out at all. I have intervener status in the PSC, Maryland smart meter case and all the studies and articles, I alone, officially submitted with my comments, should have been enough to halt the entire deployment, they were so damning. They were ignored.

Please take the actions listed here:

1)      Please send your utility company a letter requesting an opt- out from a smart meter today.

2)      Call or write your representatives and tell them to support HB1038, the NO COST Smart Meter Opt Out Bill. The hearing is March 14th.

3)      Join our organization and receive updates. Like all other health freedom battles this is a numbers game. Your voice counts! Please inform your neighbors!

Our website provides everything you need to take the action steps above, but I am glad to answer any questions you have
