The purpose of this group is to teach ways of Qi/Chi cultivation, to help people to transform negative emotional energy into productivity, and to connect with the creative and generative forces inside and outside of us so that we can spend more time live empowered lives guided by the part of us that feels our truth and less time listening to the voices in our heads.
