Monthly Drama Therapy* Workshops

*No theater experience needed. Shy people are encouraged to attend*

  • Would you like to feel better about yourself?
  • Would you like to improve your relationships with your family, co-workers, or partner?
  • Are you lacking the motivation and confidence needed to achieve your dreams?

Drama therapy combines theater and therapy to help people move out of rigid roles, discover more satisfying ways to relate to loved ones, and express emotions. At our monthly drama therapy workshops, we will use improvisational theater to explore topics such as:

  • Social Anxiety
  • Dating
  • Addiction
  • Depression
  • Money
  • Intimacy
  • Self-esteem
  • Motivation

Second Tuesday of every month

7:00 - 9:00 p.m.

About the Facilitator: Jessica Engle, MA helps single men, socially anxious adults, and couples build satisfying relationships and happier lives. She is a graduate of the California Institute of Integral Studies, where she received an M.A. in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Drama Therapy. A registered Marriage Family Therapy Intern at the Living Arts Counseling Center in Oakland, CA, Jessica is supervised by Warren Randy McCommons, MFT #45485, RDT/BCT.
