Workshops, groups, and classes on social and generalized anxiety, meditation, mindfulness, drama therapy, CBT, Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT); also, meetups for singles with social anxiety, date coaching, group outings for people with social anxiety, yoga, art therapy for people with social and generalized anxiety, etc.
Struggled w/social anxiety, generalized anxiety, & mild depression for a # of years and have been in & out of individual & group therapy, etc. for several years. Hoping to meet new people with similar challenges, maybe even make new friends.
