Use of Personal Health Records to empower collaboration among the Patient's Health Care Team - especially -
I have developed collaborative claim, legal and dispute resolution systems that have been used to resolve over 50,000 medical melpractice and health care liability claims. This experience led to the development of the VMO and a line of Intellectual Properties (IP) that coordinate collaborative processes among multiple vendors and their lawyers. The VMO is focused on implementing a 3D Body Scan Device that combines an Electro Interstitial Scan (EIS) module which is not reimburseable by insurance with three other modules that are reimburseable, as follows: 1. Heart Rate Variability; 2. Oximeter/ Photoelectric Plethysmography and Pulse; and 3. BIA/ Body Composition. The device includes powerful software that cross-analyzes the results across all four devices and produces a 3 Dimensional representation of the entire body that includes early diagnosis and data to help prevention of heart disease, diabetes, vitamin deficiencies and diseases effecting all organs of the body.
Liberty Group is an IP aggregator that supports the VMO process. The VMO is available as a benefit to members of Patient Doctor Alliance that provides two levels of membership, Patient (everyone is a Patient) and Doctor/ Vendor (who receive referrals and engagements electronically through the Vendor Listing Service). I am the visionary and General Counsel. We are coordinating VMO Vendors (especially healthcare, insurance, legal, real estate and technology professionals) into collaborative teams using electronic files. We are also working with a "Talking" Personal Health Record that promises to empower the patient by promoting collaboration among the Patient's health care team, including Primary Physician, Alternative Healthcare Provider (e.g. chiropractor) and Dentist, all of whom share holistic, "whole-body" data to provide superior health care services.
I would like to implement VMOs for members who are physicians and want to provide superior health care to their patients while maximizing practice profitability. We have arranged for a group of physicians to receive the device and training without charge or risk, as long as the physician commits to 5 scans per day. We are focused on internal medicine, cardiology, geriatric and oncology. For geriatric we are also reviewing other technologies, such as a VNG Balance Test that can help the patient minimize the incidents of falls. I would like to meet members of the group who are interested in creating a VMO with a set of solutions that improve health care quality and reduce risk for nursing homes and home health care operators. We can achieve them by implementing a VMO together, implementing solutions and measuring results in a collaborative way that will enable us to reduce costs and improve outcomes for patients.

I am a technology-enabled Conflict Management Attorney and Mediator and Inventor of the Vendor Management Organization (VMO) process. We are implementing a VMO configuration for physicians with a 3D Body Scan device and Personal Health Record.
