"John G. Norman is the Chief Software Architect at Iora Health, where he designs and implements software and serves as the consigliere to the CTO. John has been involved with Internet startups since 1999. In 2003, he co-founded the VC-backed which at the time was the leading tool for incentivized hiring referrals. In 2010, he co-founded and implemented Roomzilla, a system for showing conference room reservations on networked devices. 

Over the last 10 years he has also kept a foot in the classroom, teaching J2EE and Ruby/Rails development at Harvard Extension, and, more recently, “web infrastructure” at the University of Minnesota."
