Muhammad Abdurrahman is the CEO and Co-Founder of Playtabase; the company exists to create 'fun and meaningful solutions to reinvent your world'.  While completing his PhD at the University of Minnesota, Muhammad witnessed his father suffer multiple strokes and struggle to regain autonomy in his own home.  As a result, Muhammad was inspired to create Reemo™ to assist his father with day-to-day tasks. Reemo™ pairs a wearable gesture recognizing bracelet with home control technology designed from the ground up to be senior friendly yet appealing to the broader consumer market as well. Reemo™ enables users to point and control electronics around them through intuitive gestures.

Muhammad was featured as the closing speaker at the Wearble Technologies Conference in Munich, Germany.  He was also a featured speaker and panelist at the Wearable Technology Conference and Expo in London, the largest wearables conference in the world.  His company Playtabase™ is also the winner of Ecumen’s 'Age Power' International Competition, to find cutting edge technology to help seniors age gracefully.
